CONFLICT RESOLUTION EFFORTS OF CEMENT FACTORY GRESIK

STARCH IN SUB DISTRICT SUKOLILO

In District Sukolilo Pati regency, was originally planned cement plant will be built by PT. Semen Gresik to Iuas ± 2000 hectares of land to achieve even greater possibilities. This study uses qualitative research procedures which produce descriptive data in the form of words written or spoken to gain knowledge of Pati regency government policy in the case of the pros and cons of building a cement factory in Pati regency Sukolilo district, then in this study the authors use descriptive research method.

Based on the research results can be concluded that: 1) Plan for the establishment of cement factories in the District Sukolilo, Pati regency, has lead to conflict. This happens because there are procedural errors and violations carried out by the government, 2) Public Sub Sukolilo generally have concerns about the safety of their environment, particularly on agricultural land and water supplies and springs for their daily needs. It is based on existing facts, which every major industry will inevitably give birth standing New issue much more complicated, and 3) The efforts made ​​Pati District Government in addressing conflicts in the construction of cement gresik sub-district Sukolilo include: Consultation, Negotiation , Mediation, Conciliation and bring in the experts.
